"Stormfront" - ground facilities may survive.

"Judgement" - Klingon hull armor may not be penetrated by anything short of sustained fire by phase cannon on the same spot. Klingon shields, per "Expanse," can take photonic torpedos indefinitely when set to double-forward.

The Enterprise's four inch thick duranium hull does not appreciate heating much past 1,100 degrees. A trinesium hull, however, can be heated to 18,000 degrees.
