Favorite ship in Star Wars

What is your favorite capital-ship in all of the official Star Wars matarial? No pure fan creations.

i'll start things off.

For me it is the Gladiator-class Star Destroyer. It seems like a practical design, and looks good. It's what i would think the SGC or United Federation of Planets would build if they designed such a ship.

Nebula class Star Destroyer.

Nice, practical.

Besides, ENTIRE STAR WARS EU is fan creation.

Yeah, those are interesting designs since unlike the Venator and Imperials, the Gladiators and Nebula SDs are compact and powerful, thus they should be easier to mass-produce, and are more powerful for their size. So yeah, if the Federation or other Alpha and Beta quadrant powers had to produce an SD, this is probably what they'd make.

Well, Wiki says that Nebula class SDs are difficult to produce beacouse they are simply too powerful for their size. And Nebula can fight ISDII to a stalemate, despite being only equal to about 50% of ISD's volume. They only manage to build one per year.

I'm a fan of the Liberty and the Maruder... but my love would be the corellian gunship.

Granted, if I had to pick my absolute favorite, it'd be the Y-Wing, but alas, that is not a capital ship.

Got to go with the ISD mark II its a classic. Powerful, intimidating, good package capable of dealing with a flexible set of threats. Besides I've been in awe of the basic class, Imperial, ever since that one came screaming over head in ANH.

For me, it's always been the Executor.

It's mine too...
It's a classic, and you just can't beat classics... Unless you're the Defiant... :)
