What ever floats your boat. The main reactor had to have looked like it could not power the superlaser yet since the superlaser had obviously been installed well before the attack by the Rebels, and we see no loss of functionality after the so called main reactor is destroyed.sonofccn wrote: Which misses the other part of what I said, with multiple reactors it is still an additional assumption to assume some are on and the other isn't at X time and that it was merely brought online without any indication in X+Y time.
If it contradicts the movies it is not canon. I don't see how those quotes can fit into the movies.sonofccn wrote: What is N-Canon? Are you arguing it isn't G-canon?
You mean this?sonofccn wrote: At the start of ROTS during the big fleet battle. And it is still jamming being employed in a fleet battle and assuming the "interference" is of a radically differnt nature would be an assumption.

No one is being jammed in the movie as far as i can tell.
Normally when you jam communications you just throw out a lot of static, and that isn't what we see in ROTJ.sonofccn wrote: It is refered to as jamming same as what Lando refered too. I see no reason to assume Jamming means something completely differnt.
Two and a half times in seven movies and four seasons, and all involve special huge ECM optimized ships.sonofccn wrote: Three times for three major naval battles as each involved larger fleets, well the DS1 was only one "craft" but its was big, than we typically see in the Clone Wars to the best of my recollection. That might explain the observed difference and keep Lando from being an idiot.
If you want to argue that a strike team could not walk to base like we see the commando team do then you need to prove it. The planet was not covered with a shield, and every planetary shield I know of can be walked through.sonofccn wrote: Somehow I doubt Ackbar in Home One will be as convincing no matter how good of a clearance code he has.
