With all the sockpuppets and warnings I can't help but feel that in the last few weeks this forums has lost its mojo.


(on a pure serious note: Perhaps we could institute a rule in regards to sockpuppets, basically increasing the duration of a ban if someone uses them?)

While RSA did overreact here, and the warning is justified, I do understand his anger. I think there is a case that can made that SWST is simply trolling by pretending to be obtuse and thus hoping to cause people to get banned when they get overly fustrated with his/her antics.

Breentai, I still do not notice any quotes, sources or overall evidence for your arguments, filled with runon sentences and random ramblings whining about my behavior instead of the substantive topic at hand. PROVE all of your claims, try and put in better grammar; I am using an iPod touch at the moment and have better grammar, and cut out the random insults whether or not you think them to be true, because we're here to debate SW vs ST, not your opinion about me.

I made some very detailed cited several films and went into description IIRC I think I even posted video clips in them...I did this three times across multiple threads he ignored all three of them and basically bullshitted about why

While asking for people to use coherent sentences when the meaning of one sentence is garbled and unintelligible is fine, or when criticizing some litterary work, used in this case here is clearly meant as an insult...

A 1 day ban would have been appropriate. On appeal and review of the last two weeks' activity, my ruling is that the most recent warning was warranted; but one of the prior recent warnings for trolling was not, and I found in my review a solid week of "good" behavior - stubborn and wrong, perhaps, but polite and respectful - for which he deserves to have earned back a warning level.

Accordingly, consider SWST's current warning level to be 2.

it's a shame though JMS you have officially chosen false civility over honest debating and have chosen to refuse to punish some one for obvious trolling despite that one does not need to be insulting to break your rules

every single thing Mojo did is now absolutely justified and honestly I hope he sees this comes back and raises hell because he as a poster was a thousand times the member the guy you just defended was..and only broke rules because you and your mods wouldn't act

it seems the only recourse left to us now is to bully him until he goes away even if that means taking temp bans for the sake of the forum because clearly you wont allow anything to be done about it
