To be honest, the 20 KT shot (doubtful of the calcs, but anyways) didn't go through the shields, it destroyed the shield generators...
As far as TESB goes, nothing went through the shield, except for the AT-ATs...
There was certainly no weapons' fire that penetrated that shield...
