As for the Forum, it is relatively new, and, since the last week or so, has become a lot more active.
Involve yourself in the debates, and contribute to its activity... :)

And yes, it was kind of slow but not anymore. There are several good threads right now. And as Praeothmin says if you get involve with the debates it’ll be more activity going around.
