You have failed to address any point with real evidence... Your concessions are accepted. At both spacebattles and SDN you would have been banned for this behavior... JMS I respectfully believe these threads should be closed as he does not appear to have any true intent beyond trolling.

Troubling thing this Youngla is. I don't think silencing him is good at all, but his contributions are pretty much miserable, unfortunately. I'm going to ignore him if it doesn't get any better.
@ Youngla:
Seriously, dude, make some effort or something.

I have to agree here with Mr. Oragahn, this Youngla person I suspect is trolling with the intent to get banned, possibly so he can run back to SDN or wherever and claim martyrdom.

The problem is, by asking you to act with more parsimony, thinking perhaps a bit more in order to be sure you have properly understood both sides of a debated point, and informing yourself about certain arguments which have already been posted, it does make us look like we're reacting like a collective which tries to hammer the intruder - you - into submission until you think like we want you to think.
It is nothing of the sort. There is no "collective" nonsense. As reasonable people, yes, we have probably reached some points of agreement over the time on several topics, but we're not thinking the same way, and not all of us are Trekkies, even this is a Trekkie board. I know some people from SDN really enjoy claiming such over here, or even at SBC, but that's false.
There is just a large amount of topics which have been discussed here, they are ALL available, and as far as JMS' moderation style goes, they ALL can be bumped, assuming you can provide very constructive arguments in a calm way that doesn't look like baiting, flaming or simple trolling. It means that any newcomer will, perhaps unfortunately, need to inform himself about a couple of things beforehand. But the search function is there, external search engines work wonders as well, so that's it.
Now what really doesn't fly much here is mere copycats of SDN arguments, especially picked from Wong's pages. Not only have they been addressed at lengths by now, but those arguments are terribly outdated, their author(s) having not updated the pages in eons, and refusing any debate now.

Re: The Federation is weak
To expand upon that further:
You also have a posting style that reeks of 'trolldom' or at least being uninformed. Stating things such as, "my opinion is final," pretty much insures that no one on any board is going to take you seriously. Now if you're truly interested in reason discussion here or to perhaps enlighten us to your 'side' as it were... then we welcome it...
As it stands... you're trolling by the very definition of it. You're adding nothing constructive to the debate, you provide little if any evidence and allow challenges to your claims to go on by. This is not a videogame and no one is going to go, "ha ha newb" if you loose a point or two... simply put, if you find your can't find reasonable cause to disprove something someone else has stated you can choose to put up a wall of disagreement and let it go... or you can concede a point and let the debate continue forward... and perhaps with a new found respect for it.
You'll also notice if you're willing to concede a point every now and then other people are far more likely to do the same for you since they might actually listen to what you have to say.
So again, please prove me wrong about the troll thing. Everyone believes, after all, that it is always nice to get fresh blood on any of the forums, SDN, SFJN, SB.com... all of them.

I must stop trolling. Although I do adovcate pro-Star Wars, I am also a Star Trek fan and happen to watch Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: The Next Generation, on both Internet and the Television. I also watched Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan, Star Trek: First Contact, and Star Trek: 2009.
