It's from the trailer for the upcoming Star Trek: Into Darkness. Apparently based on the scenes shown in the trailer, the ship crashes at high speed into the San Francisco bay.

I don't think that is the Enterprise the nacelles don't match and there is no saucer where one should be. It is a Starfleet vessel, the construction is correct and it has an NCC registry.

This one looks closer to a damaged Constitution-class design crashing into the water, but the nacelles, again, are wrong as are the pylons; to far apart and to narrow for the alt-Enterprise. The closest resemblance is to that of a Sovereign-class but with a more rounded saucer section.

Actually, if you look at the image I provided closely, you can make out "NCC 170" on the aft part of the warp nacelle. So it is very likely to be the Alt-E. They may not be the same ship, however, since the crashing starship has land and buildings in front of it, while the Alt-E does not have any sign of San Francisco around it at all. The Splash-down starship might yet be an Alt-Constitution since her port nacelle pylon shows a very serious kink, and it may be that the force of impact has caused them to bend out and downwards. Either way, it's a big ship when compared to those foreground buildings, and apparently survived falling out of space at high velocity mostly intact.

If the Alt-E scene is a different one, I have to wonder what the heck is going on that she and other starships are suddenly going around taking baths.

In Star Trek XI they blow up the warpcore(s) to escape a blackhole capable of pulling in objects that can travel faster then light.

You'd need a rather high output to do that much like accelerate to the speed of light.
