Environmentalism vs. Anti-Humanism?

yeah, they took the line in the matrix about humanity being a virus, wrapped it in a cloak of a classic and turned it into a movie. It's environmentalism (anti-humanism really) is so heavy handed (and point missing) it made me cringe and I'm in the bloody green party.

So are many environmentalists being in fact anti-humanist? What incentive does being, essentially, against one's own self have that would attract such people to such illogical and irrational behavior?

It should not be called environmentalism but Ecoterrorism to be more precise, if you noticed the person that posted that is actually an environmentalist himself. As to why people join such self hatred groups, hating not just their own culture (Anti-western) but their very own humanity and self being? Well it really cannot be explained rationally can't it but it's still happening none the less take a look at this website so you the idea of the kind of Nihilistic mentality I'm talking about brewing out there....
