TDiC + Magma = Brainbug?

Anyway, I've only vaguely been interested in most of the TDiC arguments, mainly only to giggle at just how far some of the opposition claims go, so pardon any ignorance on my part regarding the details I brought up.

My take on TDiC is that what we saw visually was just a representation of their barrage--that the rest was cut for timing. This would then mean that closer to eighteen minutes having passed by instead of thirty seconds.

This would mean in contrast to what we saw, that the fleet had already probably dealt a great deal of power out, suggesting that perhaps their disruptors were possibly overheated from their attack on the planet, therefore giving the Dominion fleet a greater advantage.

As per the visuals? I don't care. I see no reason to bog ourselves down with 90 era special effects for a TV show. The story is what should be respected first and foremost, not any individual aspect of it.

from what I understand the founders themselves covered the entire surface of the planet in one gigantic amber colored ocean...with the exception of where odo and co went

so my thing is wouldn't you not see the stuff typical to BDZ type attacks due specifically to there being an entire extra lawyer of billions possibly more sentient beings in ooze form? wouldn't obscure?
