X-Wing Structural Integrity

No, this isn't canon. However, some guys got together and crafted a 21-ft X-Wing out of
birch and aluminum. The results looked impressive, but unfortunately were somewhat less than stellar.

Extremely cool. The jets are actually much closer to those of old Battlestar Galactica.

Imagine a Battlestar openeing its launch bays and, in addition to Vipers coming out, a full wing of X-Wing fighter crafts came out too... :)
The best of both worlds... :)

I think I'd personally have kept it as opposed to launching it and watching it be reduced to pieces. It was still cool though.

Gasp! Have you seen it? The X-wing has already started breaking apart when it was hit by the tracer round! It's the long sought evidence for invisible turbolaser componenet! :D
