1967 Outer Space Treaty

This is an interesting read on it and why perhaps it needs replacement.
Whoa... I don't know how I missed this topic.
Yeah, the treaty itself is, for all intents and purposes, one of the most outdated and *ahem* 'questionable' treaties in existence.
