FIFA must be in bad shape if they print this sort of stuff.

This was rather funny, but for a news paper to print something like this requires things to be bad for who is getting mocked.

Normally the paper at least tries to phrase things in a manner to cover its ass legally.

The corruption of FIFA was a well known thing. It all comes out now because of geopolitical reasons. Namely, that Russia got elected host of the event. The crminal USA has had enough and let the hounds lose, that's all.
