This guy I know nothing of, clearly well educated in legal matters, makes a case about how the 14th amendment is fraudulent.
That's a pretty heavy claim right there, all based on this bit of text. But I don't reach the same understanding, if only because person is written "person", and it's the corporation that is somewhat likened to a person, not a person that is identified as a corporation, or corporate asset. That makes a difference. A corporation is a "person", but a person isn't a corporation. Thus a person isn't property of the United States.
Or did I get something wrong there?
