David Tennant Vs. Matt Smith (No, Really!)

So.. hello everyone. Just made my first post all of ten minutes ago, and already I'm posing a debate. This is going to be fun, don't you think?

So, I just finished Season 4 of Doctor Who (new series), and... (Highlight below for end of season spoilers):
Manly tears were had. David Tennant was a brilliant actor, and an awesome Doctor. Thus far, I don't think Matt Smith can top him. I mean honestly, with a surname like SMITH!? How ordinary can you be!?

So, this all culminates in a very simple idea for a debate.

Pit them against one another. David Tennant and Matt Smith. Fisticuffs. Take all you know about them, and tell me what you think. I think... it will be interesting, but in the end, David Tennant will have the upper hand. (Hah!)

Really? This is your first debate topic? Something as nonsensical as this? I expected more. I expected better. I expected something far more clever than this. That said...

Mr. Tenth obliterates Mr. Eleventh, because awesome... just ftr.

This guy is a friend of mine from RL. He is notorious for betraying his entire D&D party, resulting in a near total TPK in his first ever session.

Hence, I expect more from him.

A man of opportunities! Me likes.

Well, I must take all the credit for that event, it was quite wonderful. First D&D game ever and all. Have to go out with a bang. Wait... I didn't go out! I lived!

That aside, do we have a vote, Mr. Oragahn? Or must I get the corkscrew?

By corkscrew he means "fluffy cat toy."

He knows were all nerds and allergic to everything.

Bah, the corkscrew is clearly the better option. You'd be allergic to the fluffy cat toy, and it would simply be FAR TOO EASY to win. Now... where was I?

Right... what is your vote, good sir?

He means the actual topic he created which I expertly (poorly) derailed. ^_^

I thought Smith was going to suck early in his reign but he has grown on me considerably.

Did he? Well that's good to hear. I've seen a grand total of 1 episode with him, so I have yet to truly judge. He has a steep wall to climb after David Tennant.
