No, spheres don't have angled surfaces to deflect the Cones and Rods, they jsut roll around, only Hexagons and Polygons can do that! Besides which they also make awesome D&D dice!

But the numbers you use were put there by applied friction from pointy things such as cones or rods. You can't beat 'em.
