What are good tech help forums for Win8 HP laptop and Android Galaxy tablet?

I'm computer illiterate, and both my laptop and tablet have become insanely slow within the past few weeks and I have no idea why.

I don't know how to solve the problem and want sites where I can post the relevant system information and get told step by step how to make them fast again.

And if possible make them faster than before, maybe there's bloatware that can be uninstalled or disabled, and maybe updates scheduled better when not using the devices and not all at the same time.

This has only happened in the past few weeks, and despite clearing caches, defragmenting, clearing registers, etc. it seems like it's only getting slower every day.
