Just asking. Was the CERN updated, made bigger, or "decomissioned", destroyed during a war, sold, its assets moved, etc.?

The closest I know of is Starfleet R&D, but nothing specific to CERN.

There is no canon reference to that particular facility anywhere that I know of in all of ST in any form.
