My thoery why UFP so few Defaint class starship Dominion war

I have two theories. First how long does Galaxy class starship take build anyway. Warp control system were install in 2362 http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/2362 . Warp drive itself install into USS Enterprise D in 2363 in 2364 USS Enterprise D is commission. So basic put it UFP took something like 3 years alone basic put engines and all equipment and lot of testing. Means while Star War fans like claim it take something 15 year few problem this logic first they using none canon source we have no idea when USS Galaxy launch. Other facts that USS Enterprise D herself want 3 years of testing before leaving being put into service. She only had pro-type warp drive the other 2 without question want same amount testing. Meaning nine years minimal testing. First Galaxy class starship might have well want thought lot more testing. Possible add another year or 2 to it. Means it take little practice six months put Galaxy class service along not using real pro-type technology into service. A Defiant class starship take a minimal of a month to get into service. Taking lower limit basic six Defiant class starship build for each Galaxy class starship build they can build. We see level fire power Galaxy class starship turn a Galor-class to space dust. In number seconds no evidence even suggestion that Defiant class deliver the same level blow as fast.
