In the wake of the E2:ICS, a popular opinion within Saxtonian ranks was to claim that SW ships accelerated at relativistic speeds (let's leave kinetic energy aside atm) and then, whatever happened, cross this or that, hypercalifragilistispiacious, voila! baryonic matter.
Now, I might have missed it, but was there ever a theory to explain, within this theoretical context, the lack of blueshift phenomenon when observing space from within a ship going to hyperspace?

I can't remember any universe other than Mass Effect that bothered to even mention that phenomenon.
