Season 1 Episode 15 "Return to Kamino" sees two Venators fire on Tiopaca city at close range in the atmosphere with less than kiloton-level yields:

Honestly? All the nerfing Star Wars has gotten in recent years is just... depressing. Despite the fact that I've been Pro-Trek for as long as I've been in the debate (12 years already? Jesus.), I would have always given SW roughly high kiloton-to-low megaton firepower. I know I should be cackling like a madman, and rubbing this in ICS-ers' faces, given all the shit they've pulled over the years... but honestly, what's the point?

The group even enjoys two near-misses, leading to some ear-ringing.

As for depressing, if it makes you feel better then presume the evil? captain wanted his clones to feel it, hence the point-blank bombardment rather than an orbital or even high-altitude one.
