Starfleet Jedi

This idea popped into my head yesterday. Who would win, Jar Jar or Han?

Setting: Hoth
Objective: Race equivalent to distance in Tatooine's pod races
Who gets what:

Jar Jar has Anakin's pod racer from ep 1
Han has his Taun taun

** Both start out from the rebel base hangar at Hoth. The pod racer is modified, so it isn't effected by the cold and the Taun taun has spent a couple days inside the base, staying warm, rested and well fed.

Will Jar Jar crash into a snow dune and get eaten by a Wompa or will Han spend too much time in the cold and kill his Taun taun?

Jar Jar's tongue gets caught in the controls and crashes 15 seconds into the race.

It's Jar Jar's dumberest luck vs. Han's character shields.

I put my money on Jar Jar if Lucas is writing it during TMP's era (time paradox aside).
