I'm not saying it wouldn't hurt, but there is a difference between a punch and a throw

I agree, but a punch from a super-strong Cyborg with a fist made of an incredibly hard allow will still hurt, and you have to be made of sturdier stuff then the Human body to weather it unscathed, unless you use the Force... :)
