As a temporary measure, I've switched the new account anti-spambot measure to something different (since that might stymie the bots). A proper upgrade will be forthcoming in the next couple days.

Praeo and I are holding down the fort, so to speak until those upgrades are in place, by blocking their posts and permabanning them. In the mean time, don't click on any links in the spambots' profiles. Based on the locations some of these bots are from, I would not risk a malware infection, as that is how these criminal and anarchist organizations spread them via seemingly innocent advertisments.
