Plus it's not like Naruto has never lost a fight. Which means if he lost even one fight, he is fallible and therefore he will lose again at some point no matter what. Thus the Living Tribunal can make Naruto lose.

It's pretty straight foward, Breetai. I mean the Living Tribunal is omnipotent and omniscient and thus cannot by definition ever be fallible or lose unless he wants to for some unfathomable reason. Naruto has lost many, many times to Sasuke, thus he is not always able to find a way to win, no matter how hard he tries. If it happened more than once, it can happen again.

They can only know all there is to know within those universes, and their liberty and knowledge fade where start those of other universe equally unaware of the existence of other realities.

It also seems that the LT can be convinced through proper argumentation to revise a judgment.
