Too much server traffic from what I could gather, and so the server was slowed down to almost a stop a couple of times...

From what I heard there are actually two lawsuits. One over the admins pirating board software and another from the server company in regards to the rampant zoophilia themed pedophilia. This was stated on there a couple times but I don't have the ability to grab the link detailing this as I can no longer browse because of the policy enacted.

Positive. Especially on them pirating board software from another company, that lawsuit has been going on for a while, the other one is much more recent. Though I may be misremembering the exact details of the second, but I do recall someone banned for complaining about the rampant debauchery and there being talks of lawsuits about it.

But I am completely positive of the former.
