While I think we be seeing the actual armor and helmet, and that these may be causing some sort of distorsion of the image, please, Warsies, don't let that stop you , and consider that Vader's entire skeleton was likely replaced, as the X-Ray clearly shows... :)
Or maybe Vader was just taking some additions to his food that increased bone density of some of his bones...

Well it stands to reason that after he caught fire ALL over his body he would perhaps need to take something to help with his bone, I'm betting on him having baked biscuits...:).

how powerful is the payload from TIE Bombers any ways? any clue?
