Michael Wong has not updated StarDestroyer.net since May 2004! He has completely abandoned his own site. Wong should have updated the site numerous times to include information including expanding his fan fiction, more hate mail, more information on the Empire and Federation, as well updates to reflect information provided by Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, The new Clone Wars series, Star Wars: The Old Republic series and The Force Unleashed series. He apparently has abandoned his own site.

You're going to be waitng a long time for that to happen like Estragon and his pal Vladimir were for Godot , since most of what you have cited above Wong would consider anathema to his vision of Star Wars with it's uber-gazillions of terawatts of firepower from medium sized ship turbolasers.

According to Tyralak, Wong also hasn't posted in a month. Dalton's currently running the show, and if Wong leaves and Dalton fully takes over...

What Would Dalton Do?

Tyralak mentioned something about relations between ASVS and SDN improving, because he and Dalton are friends in RL, but I just wanted to see what the effects would be over here if Dalton took command of SDN

Aside from Dalton being friends with Tyralak, what makes you think that relations would improve between SDN and SFJN?

Oh, nothing really. It was just out of curiosity, and considering that SFJN is an affiliate of ASVS.

At best Dalton would not actively promote aminosity towards SFJN, but I would not see him doing anything to actively halt the existing bile and hatered show towards it by some of SDN's more militant members. Even if by some miracle Dalton were to promote peace and sunshine between SDN and SFJN, he's got to overcome the momentum of years and years of prejudice.

No.

That's an even better point. Why should we care about it?

Mike may be gone for now and the near future but he owns SDN (its hosted on a home sever etc) so whatever happens would need be in line of things currently. I doubt any of us would enjoy coming home to find that the house sitter changed everything.

Besides, as said above, who cares?

I spoke to Dalton a couple of days ago. He said Wong has some things going on right now, and has been too busy for the site. However he currently has no plans to shut it down or change ownership.

Too busy? Wong had six years to update his site. That is more then enough. How long is that? Basically half a decade!
