Try this out:
I would recommend not running this through any image editor and just save it directly to your computer, and then upload it straight to the server.

I'd just say that if there's an imperial logo in the middle, we can barely see it.
Otherwise, the idea is good, but that logo needs to be made more obvious imho.

I concur with Oragahn.
With apologies to Socar, something like this (but probably not this) would work a wee bit better:
Might want to change colors though . . . for some reason that image is very . . . . Confederate States of America, somehow. Dunno. Maybe it's just me.

Just oof topic, but the imperial logo is neat. It's more than 30 years old, and it has not aged at all.

What if the imperial section were somewhere between regular green and light green (but not lime green)?

Don't apologize to me, I didn't make it, I just fixed the transparency problems that the one already up on the wiki had.
