Concession accepted.
Strawman accepted. You might as well yell at an openly Progressive blogger for being "biased". The SFJ database claims to be neutral, and therefore needs to act that way.
Strawman?.

SDN is a parody site to anybody who actually understands the concept of what has actually been done over there.

And the most entertaining thing is that idiots like you buy into it like retarded cultists and head out onto other boards to "preach the word" not realizing just how stupid you look.

The comment "Get your fill of sci-fi, science, and mockery of stupid people" has red line levels of irony in it on many levels and especially when you consider that most of the rabid warsies on the site totally miss its true application and who it obviously refers to....:).

Kor, you're getting a warning. Tone down the insults. Calling someone an "idiot" like that is against the rules as is claiming a concession where there is none given.

Fair enough i was feeling kinda left out anyway as everybody else has been warned for calling him a idiot, liar or variation thereof.

It might be good, for those with the time and the will, to brush up the articles which SWST says are biased, and make sure they are not...
The problem is that while there may be some bias in the articles, which is hard not to allow given the nature of the Versus Debate beast, it is at least balanced to give both sides some say in the matter. In fact, a good example of this is the SDN entry, which has a full blown rebuttal in it by Ted C. Also the Base Delta Zero article gives a good accounting of claims and their rebuttals in the Versus section. What SWST is really upset about is that no one will accept the overblown fantasy of the Saxton-authored ICS as total fact above everything else, and he/she has tried in numerous edits to censure facts and other information not conforming to his/her viewpoint. That's why JMS and I keep reverting them, because while the articles are not perfect, they're better than the alternative.

SDN has their own wiki. Go do what you do there.
What's more, it fails completely to mention the education credentials of Curtis Saxton or Mike Wong.
Which is entirely irrelevant unless they have educational degrees in make-believe.

yeah, you can stop.
he gave up. he gave sfj's best ever 'this is not a concession' concession. he blamed it on various business and personal reasons. i guess overtime at mcdonald's counts as a 'business reason' though, so i can't argue too much. (<--WARNING POSSIBILITY)
the best part though was that he asked that we at sfj not take his giving up and failing to even try anymore to hold up his end of his numerous losing battles as a sign of 'dodging questions' or 'ignoring points'. AS IF WE NEEDED FURTHER EVIDENCE OF THAT.
this is a guy, we must remember, who took a warning for ARGUING THAT HIS DEFINITION OF A WORD WAS SUPERIOR TO THAT OF THE DICTIONARY in order to avoid conceding a point.

Although you gotta admit, that would be a pretty awesome website.

I have to say that that's a pretty nifty concept as well, too. Crystalizing some of the more interesting and obscure information from those two sites, plus original research, and adding a Versus debate slant to it is essentially what's already going on.

So what if he works at McDonalds? I don't see the big deal if he does. Him putting in overtime there for financial gain isn't something that should be looked down upon. Especially if the worse he has to sacrifice is arguing on a web forum. His personal life is his own business.

Although, I really need to start checking dates when I post.

Yeah, well this time my over sensitive skin doesn't feel like this is an insult, as I worked at McDonalds for years, and I've held all sorts of jobs, and feel there are no demeaning ones... Except being in politics...

this sites wiki seems rather level headed, seemingly a rarity amongst forum wikis. this site seems laid back as well

also a college education really has no place being brought up in vs debate, nor anything personal for that matter. a posters name shouldn't even matter, as i tend to post anonymously or as a guest at many other sites. vs debating shouldn't be something to be so proud of as to bring your personal life into it anyways. granted theres nothing wrong with being a known figure in any given community, but at what does ones exploits become more about 'wanking ones own e-penis' than of the illumination of the subject matter that brought such communities together in the first place?

also university/colleges are a business, and hence geared towards profits, and not actually making its attendees 'smarter'. granted there are some quality college courses, but by far the majority are pretty much jokes lol/ indoctrination, and all that serves you is the loss of originality. as im sure the denizens of this forums are well aware of, theres much that can and should be learned on ones own (more than in any 'institution of higher learning' as they like to say)

anyways though, chil place

Hey, I'd love to hear about your opinion, or more precisely read about it, but that colour you picked renders the text particularly hard to see. Please please please change that colour!!!!
