Given the kids take over a ship with a Starfleet hologram, it leads me to wonder if they've stumbled upon a Federation vessel, though we only two of two that wound up in the Delta Quadrant. It's that or I guess the Janeway hologram has been created by another power that was observing Voyager on some part of her journey?
