Is anyone else a little underwhelmed by the trailers so far? I'm intrigued but not excited.

You're not alone in your feeling. I haven't really been excited for Star Wars since the end of The Last Jedi. I really want this to turn my feelings around, but so far, it hasn't captivated me the way the first seven movies did. I'll probably see it, but it may be an early, discount price showing.

Part of me simply isn't thrilled about Palpatine. He died. Spectacularly. He exploded and the structure he was on exploded. That's it. I guess we'll see how they handle things, but this should be the last hurrah for Rey, Finn, Poe and the other new characters.
