Rinzler Vs Captain America

Rinzler from Tron: Legacy fights Steven Rogers from Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Tron: Uprising is also allowed as secondary inferior canon too.
Tron's abilities apply to Rinzler since Rinzler is Tron.
He'll fight with two disks. His Grid-tech works in the real world and he retains the same aptitudes displayed on the Grid.
Captain America: The First Avenger is also allowed to gauge Steven Roger's abilities.
Steven Rogers appears in his modern combat version with helmet and suit as at the beginning of Winter Soldier.
His shield will work on the Grid as it does in the material world and he also retains his abilities.
Battle 1:
On the flight deck of a Helicarrier, itself floating high in the sky above a rocky desert, during day.
Battle 2:
On the flight deck of the Rectifier. The craft is floating a couple miles above the Sea of Simulations.
In both cases, no programs or people are present, and both oponents start separated by a distance of 100 meters.
Winning condition:
They must fight to the death or at least one must get kicked off the crafts.
