Freddy Krueger in the Matrix!
who cares how he gets there, what would he do when he got there? How would the agents deal with him? The Matrix is after all a kind of computer generated dream-world, what kind of evil dream god would he be if any? Could Neo beat him?

The problem with those plans is that the very existence of Freddy in such places is already extremely complicated.
If we were to follow what we know, then Freddy would kill a human, and that human would die in his pod, if he's tied to a pod, or elsewhere if he's free.
But within the Matrix, I supposed "unfree" humans might just get their memories wiped out by the core, the Architect or whatever.
The real problem would be with the guys from Zion, entering the Matrix as rogues. Neo would be terrified, because the power of Freddy would not stop once you unplug yourself from the Matrix, and it would not obey to physical laws like robots do.
With no one harbouring special supernatural powers in the real place, Freddy would have a field day there, especially with zionists already extreme strain.
