Nu-Galactica or Old Galactica.

Nu-Galactica:
They die. They die a lot, over and over, and in the most horrible ways possible. Apart from their nifty jump drives I can't think of a single advantage or defense they could have against even Tyranid 'space craft'. Now, I'm not one of those who favors the higher side of 40k firepower, but really, it's not even fair either way! All Galactica can do is run, as usual. But even then, there's just so much stuff that kills in that universe that jumping to another location will probably just bring them face-to-face with another threat.

Old Galactica:
I'll have to pass this off to those who actually watch/cared enough about that show to pull numbers out of it. But I think there was a scenario where lighting off a fuel deposit caused a whole planet to go up in a stock footage explosion. So there's that.

flew between galaxies the battlestars were supposedly fleet killers and don't quote me on this but some one once said it shrugged off a death star like explosion
