Numenoreans vs Ewoks

correct me if I'm wrong here space wizard and picard but from what I recall Numenorians also had steel bows that they could use to fire arrows over about a mile which puts them at a range only two or three modern snipers have ever achieved

I'm not sure what the heck Ewoks can do against that true about the fifty to one dead although forests never stopped Numenorians considering what they did to fangorn despite the Ents and horns being there..to boot
