And if the Longswords bombed the Dreadnaught first, then the yield of their bombs had to be low, otherwise those fighters would be dead. The longswords did go first. They'd dropped dozens of bombs. You can see them going off just before the MACs fire. Unfortuantely, they don't really add all that much to the fireballs.

Now, the longswords were impressive in that case, since they clearly must have been carrying some heavy ordances to get that much damage. But then again, we might be assuming tactical nukes in the 20-60 ton range.

We should not measure the firepower here based on fireball sizes, since it was all messed up, and if those fireballs were to be scaled against a 14 km high ship, it's obvious that the Longswords would have never been capable of escaping the megaton level fireballs and those fireballs would have been very different from the low yield ones we saw, if we count light and fireball duration. Hell, once again, just as in Reach, those explosions don't even turn into gray mushrooming clouds. They just disappear.

It's still funny to see Nattuo trying to cram some kilotons for those ground based missiles...

It has been a while since I have been here, so this is the first time I have seen this thread. I was about to make a similar post.
