Which is precisely the intended running gag through the whole strip. In fact, the gags are ironic ones about how the RPG campaign goes differently compared to the movies it parallels. Consider:

* Jar-Jar is useful instead of pathetic

* The Trade Federation is actually competent, and not simpering pawns.

* Darth Maul... Intergalactic Hard-boiled Detective. Nuff said.

* Anakin was a normal kid with some mechanical skill... until Qui-Gon Jim decided to play highly unethical medical experiments on the poor kid. But as an explanation it works much better than the whole immaculate conception BS of the movie...

* Chancellor Valorium is a stuck up jackass.

* Palpatine really appears to be a good guy... But we'll have to see if the GM retcons it for his game. ;-)

The list goes on.
