And that's a red herring, because it has nothing to do with the point at hand. The point being that Breetai attempts to revise Lucasarts canon policy by claiming that the film-novels aren't canon.

Yes, but you said:
I have not responded to Breetai because he refuses to accept film-novels, even after he agrees that Lucasarts considers them canon.
While Breetai is pissed off at you because the Novels do not support your position, so even if he accepted the Novels as canon, they still don't support your assertions...

I kinda feel bad for SWST, since he put a lot of work into that but it took about three years for me to see it.

The characterizations were off. I hate 'magick' crap and I am sure not that short-winded. Chang was closer to the original but still off… Sonofccn owned the thread with his nuke scale-down point.
